Targeted quality work
Having a continual focus on quality work comes naturally to us. As a production company it is vital that we generate confidence in our customers. For example, we work actively with the 5S method that focuses on structure and order in the workplace.
Organisation to ensure quality
We have also set up a Production Group that has the task of ensuring quality in an assignment at an early stage from receiving the enquiry right through to delivery. Another function we have introduced is DFPP – Design for process painting. This service enables us to ensure that customers receive an optimally designed product, with the right level of quality and price.
High level of customer requirements
The benefit of targeted quality work is that we are able to fulfil increasingly demanding customer requirements, producing less waste resulting in improved economy and an enhanced ability to deal with complaints and detect the causes of faults.
